If you wish to book we require credit card details to secure your booking. No payment will be taken at the time of the booking if you are booking by phone or email. Payment can be by credit card or cash prior to commencing the trip.
If you are booking via our online booking system then payment is by credit card via Bookit (TradeMe).
All bookings are subject to divers being certified and having last dived within 12 months depending on experience levels. (Same day refreshers are available for an additional fee).
Last minute cancellations have a big impact on our business and we thank you in advance for your understanding. If for some unfortunate reason you find you need to cancel your booking or reduce the number in your group we require 48 hours notice. If you provide less notice, we will charge you the full amount of your trip. If you have already paid us, no refund will be given.
For any cancellation outside the 48 hours, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to enable us to fill your space/s.
If you are unable to dive during the trip for any reason no refunds will be given. This includes sea sickness, problems with equalising or any other reason that may prevent you from diving on the day.
COVID 19: All deposits/payments made prior to trip departure are fully refundable if the trip needs to be cancelled due to a change in COVID Alert Levels that affect travel. As we can operate in Alert Level 1 & 2, if Auckland remains in Alert Level 1 or 2 our trips will go ahead.
For exclusive charters the cancellation period is 2 weeks. If we are not successful in replacing your booking, we will debit your credit card for the full amount or alternatively if you have already paid us, no refund will be made.
For liveaboard bookings, we require notice of cancellation in writing. If you give us less than 1 months notice and if we are not successful in filling your space/s, we will debit your credit card for the full amount or alternatively if you have already paid us, no refund will be made.
Weather, if we need to cancel due to weather conditions a full refund will be made or the booking can be transferred to another date if preferred. (Subject to availability).
